Submission does not guarantee listing, featured placement, or Drop Day inclusion.
4. Content Responsibility
Artist is responsible for accuracy, legality, and copyright compliance of all submitted content.
5. AI Processing Disclosure
Artist agrees that submitted text may be processed by AI for suggestions; AI output is advisory.
6. Removal Policy
Sabah Soundwave may remove content if copyright claims or terms violations occur.
7. Data & Privacy
Personal data will be stored securely and used only for platform communication.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
